Early in 2003, while still mid-
stream in the design process and
acting on the recommendation of our
designer, we interviewed potential
general contractors and ultimately
selected Joel to be our builder.
Including Joel in the design stage
proved to be a wise decision, helping
us to address construction and design
trade-offs as we worked through the
refinements in the architectural and
finishing material selections.
The design and building process was
conducted as a virtual team effort and
we were thrilled with the results. Joel's

instrumental in producing a truly
beautiful and unique custom home for
