Dear Joel,
When Annie an I decided to build in
Sedona we were not really certain if the
decision was a good one. Almost any
one we discussed the decision with
had the opinion that we were crazy. The
most common comment, "you'll be
divorced before you ever finish".
Well here we are, still married and
happier than ever. We want to say
thanks for making the task of
completing not only a custom home but
the home of our vision a reality.

into the construction phase, and

unusual combination of management
and craftsmanship.
We especially appreciated being part
of the team that moved toward an
orchestrated goal - completion of a
quality home. Although we lived almost
2,000 miles from the construction site
