We chose Joel because of the
level of satisfaction reported by
his previous clients, and because
of his long history of building in
the Sedona area. Joel also is
held in high regard by the local
subcontractors, which Linda and
I considered very important.
Construction began and ended
in a timely fashion considering the
complexity of the project. During
the construction period, Joel was
nearly always on site, and
seemed to be successful in
convincing the subcontractors to
be also. Good organization was
maintained at the construction
site and there was good
communication with the architect
involved.
